Open to applicants aged 18–35, resident in one of the seven Cohort 2 states, whose solution addresses a specific challenge within their state or sector.

Plateau, Katsina, Niger, Abia, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, or Taraba.
Solution-focused
Addresses a specific challenge within your state or sector.

New Idea
A genuinely new solution, or a new strategy applied to an existing approach.
Lived Experience
Personal insight into the problem being solved.
For-Profit
Solutions must be for-profit, to support employment creation.
Proof of Concept
Evidence the solution works and that people want it.
Scalability
Capable of being standardised or produced at scale.
Co-Creation Readiness
Willingness to work with ecosystem partners.
